    Shipping & Delivery


    Orders will typically ship in 1-2 business days. If you see a countdown timer on your product it will ship same day.  In order for us to ship a UPS order out same day, the order must be received by 3:30pm.  In the unlikely event that we are out of stock on an item and have to order it, shipping may exceed the 1-2 day norm.  If this situation is applicable, you will be contacted by email and/or phone to discuss the situation.  If part of your order is in stock, and part of your order is out-of-stock, we will contact you by phone and/or email to discuss options as they relate to fulfilling your order.  We reserve the right to ship orders in the most cost-effective manner, provided any change in shipping method does not increase the expected delivery time to the customer.  Orders, in almost all cases, will be shipped either by UPS or by the US Postal Service.  We may be able to ship an order to you by a different method.  Please contact us by phone or email to discuss alternative shipping options if needed.

    We are working hard to ensure all orders are delivered as quickly as possible; however, delivery times may take longer than usual. At this time - UPS, FedEx, and USPS are unable to guarantee next day, second day, or third day deliveries. Thank you for your patience.

    In order to use this website, a user must first complete the registration form. During registration a user is required to give certain information (such as name and email address). This information is used to contact you about the products/services on our site in which you have expressed interest.     We request information from you on our order form. To buy from us, you must provide contact information (like name and shipping address) and financial information (like credit card number, expiration date). This information is used for billing purposes and to fill your orders. If we have trouble processing an order, we'll use this information to contact you.


    Returns & Replacements

    SRI-Supplies will accept returns if contacted within 7 business days of customer receipt. In the event that the product was shipped in error by SRI-Supplies we will offer a 100% refund of product cost and shipping, provided the product is returned in its original condition.  Please notify us within 7 business days from your receipt and we will mail you a return shipping label at our cost.  If the order was shipped correctly, as it was ordered, the customer may return the order within 7 business days of customer receipt, provided it is in its original condition.  In this instance the customer will be responsible for arranging the return shipment and for paying any fees associated with the return.  Once SRI-Supplies has received the return in question, the customer will receive a 100% refund for the cost of the product only.  There will be no refund given for shipping charges if there is no error on the part of the shipper.
